Half Marathon Plan:
12 Weeks, 4 days per week + 1 cross train
$50 – one time payment
Marathon Training Plan:
Beginner – 16 Weeks, 4 days per week + 1 cross train
Advanced – 16 Weeks, 5 days per week + 1 cross train
Recommended to have at least a 4 week base of easy running prior to entering the 16 week training plan
Training plans will be accessible at all times via your Apple or Android mobile device or tablet. You can also access your online portal on a laptop or desktop computer. Instructional videos will explain the individual moves to be performed.
