Training for a spring full or half marathon?

I am running a special promotion for the early March, Palmetto Bluff Half and Full Marathon! This is the first year that there will be a full marathon option and it is also a certified Boston Qualifier! If you do not plan on running this race, but are still interested in training for a half or full marathon around this time frame, let me know and I will work with you! Your app invite will be sent to the email that matches your PayPal unless you contact me prior to payment

Level 1 – 12 Weeks, 3-4 days per week (Dec 11th start)

$50 – one time payment for Level 1 or Level 2 Marathon Training Plan

Level 1 – 16 Weeks, 4-5 days per week (Nov 13th start)

Level 2 – 16 Weeks, 5-6 days per week (Nov 13th start)

Training plans will be accessible at all times via your Apple or Android mobile device or tablet. You can also access your online portal on a laptop or desktop computer. Instructional videos will explain the individual moves to be performed.
